Abstract

|
Uterine rupture is an obstetric emergency of great magnitude. Early diagnosis and prompt therapy were needed due to high maternal and fetal mortality. Two cases of spontaneous uterine rupture before and during delivery, experienced in OB. GY. Dept. of St. Paul`s Hospital, were presented and the brief review of literature was made.
